Collection and purposes of data processing

The SELLER collects on the SITE personal data about its Users, including through cookies. USERS may disable cookies by following the instructions provided by their browser.

This collection of data takes place when the User:

  • places an order or a return request on the site

Creation of accounts, forms and questionnaires

The User must fill in all the fields of the account creation form or any form for entering information on the Site, with the exception of fields displayed as optional, i.e. not marked with an asterisk. Any failure to answer will result in the non creation of an account or the non validation of the information entry form. THE SELLER will not respond to the User's requests

Recipients of the data

The data collected is intended for use by the SELLER. The data may be passed on to commercial and advertising partners.

The data may also be processed by subcontractors used by the SELLER to personalize the content of the Site, to send personalized promotional offers and to ship orders.

Right of access, rectification and deletion

The User is informed that this automated processing of personal data has been declared to the CNIL. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, the User has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. The User must indicate his name, first name and postal address. The request must be signed and accompanied by a valid identification document bearing the User's signature. The User may specify the address to which the reply should be sent.

THE SELLER has a period of 2 months from receipt of the User's request to respond. At the end of this period, the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL in the event of a negative response or no response from the SELLER.

The CUSTOMER may also exercise this right directly from his customer account where the User will be able to consult his personal data, modify them or request their deletion.

Duration of data retention

THE SELLER keeps the data for a period of five years from the end of the relationship with the customer or the prospect. The period starts from the last order, or the last connection to the customer account, or the last call to the customer service, or the sending of an email to the customer service, or a click on a hyperlink in an email sent by THE SELLER, or the placing of products in the shopping cart without completing the purchase, or finally a positive response to an email asking if the customer wishes to continue to receive commercial canvassing after the expiry of the five-year period. At the end of this period, the data of the customer or prospect will be anonymized.

Nevertheless, the information allowing to establish the proof of a right or of a contract, or preserved under the respect of a legal obligation can be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Newsletters

When creating his account and later in the management of his preferences via the "My Account" section, the User may subscribe to the SELLER's newsletter and thus choose to be informed at regular intervals of the offers proposed on the Site. The User may at any time modify the information he/she wishes to receive or unsubscribe by clicking on the link provided for this purpose at the bottom of each newsletter.

The customer's postal address and telephone number are necessary for the processing and management of orders as well as for commercial relations between the SELLER and the customer.

Users who do not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone are informed that they have the right to oppose telephone canvassing by entering their fixed and/or mobile telephone numbers on the free opposition list accessible via the site http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/.
